A few details to make planning your Makers & Moments experience a breeze.

Read our booking policies

How long is the workshop?

Most workshops last approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on your group size and the pace of the activities.

What does the host provide?

Hosts provide tables, chairs, and a clean, accessible event space. We bring the plush-making supplies and take care of workshop setup, facilitation, and cleanup.

Where do you travel?

We're based in Fort Worth and serve surrounding areas. Travel within 25 miles is included; additional travel fees may apply beyond that area.

How do we reserve our date?

A 40% nonrefundable deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your event total. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is received.

When is the final guest count due?

Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before the event.

What ages is it for?

Our plush-making experience is best for ages 3 and up. Younger guests may need a little adult assistance.

Can we choose the plush animals?

Yes! We'll work with you to coordinate a selection based on your party and available inventory. Specific breeds and styles are subject to availability.
